On May 9, 2025, Li, Yifeng successfully defended his Master's thesis. The defense committee was chaired by Prof. Yang, Mingshu from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICCAS). Committee members included Prof. Guo, Hongxia and Prof. Li, Chuncheng (both ICCAS), Prof. Yang, Rui (Tsinghua University), and Prof. Zhao, Xiuying (Beijing University of Chemical Technology, BUCT). Li, Yifeng presented his thesis work, "Investigation on the structural evolution and melt memory effect of long chain polyamide elastomer under thermal treatment”, addressed the committee's questions.

On the morning of May 16, Yang, Yihan and Yuan, Lihui defended their Doctoral theses. The committee was chaired by Prof. Yang, Wantai (BUCT), with members including Prof. Qiao, Jinliang (SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry), Prof. Yan, Shouke (BUCT), Prof. Xie, Xuming (Tsinghua University), Prof. Shen, Zhihao (Peking University), Prof. Yang, Mingshu (ICCAS), and Prof. Li, Chuncheng (ICCAS). Yang, Yihan presented his thesis "Crystal Form Transition and Structural-Property Regulation of Long Chain Polyamides 1012 by External Fields”, while Yuan, Lihui presented her thesis "External Field Induced Structural Evolution and Property Modulation of Long Chain Polyamide Elastomers”. Both candidates detailed their research and responded to the experts' inquiries.

That afternoon, Chen, Xinyan and Hu, Wenxian defended their Doctoral theses. The committee was chaired by Prof. Qiao, Jinliang (SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry), with members including Prof. Yan, Shouke (BUCT), Prof. Xie, Xuming (Tsinghua University), Prof. Chen, Erqiang (Peking University), Prof. Yang, Mingshu (ICCAS), Prof. Dong, Jinyong (ICCAS), and Prof. Li, Chuncheng (ICCAS). Chen, Xinyan presented his thesis "Effects and Mechanism of Long-Chain Branching on the Crystallization and Microstructural Evolution of Isotactic Polypropylene during Stretching”, and Hu, Wenxian presented his thesis "Crystal Structure Determination and Crystallization Behavior of Novel Polyesters and Random Copolyesters”. Both systematically presented their research findings and addressed the committee's questions.
